AGEING
The new expression of Grappa di Nebbiolo from Barolo and Barbaresco is the Cask Finish, the final maturation period that takes place in the barriques used for the refinement of Margaux wine
TASTING
Intense amber color with straw-yellow reflections. On the nose it offers spicy and very floral aromas of black tea infusion. This distillate is slightly spicy in the mouth, combining a complex taste dominated by spicy notes, nutmeg and a pinch of orange peel. The finish is persistent and velvety.
