DISTILLATION METHOD
Discontinuous steam still with the “Lazzarito Bocchino” method. This grappa is the fruit of the work of nature, time and long artisanal know-how.
AGEING
The new expression of Grappa di Barolo is the Cask Finish, the final maturation period that takes place in the barriques used for the refinement of Barolo wine.
TASTING
The color is intense with amber and golden reflections. On the nose, the perfume offers a myriad of aromas of flowers, fruits and spices. An optimal aromatic intensity that is completed with notes of candied orange, dried plums, white flowers such as jasmin and iris. The refinement gives this grappa notes of cinnamon and hazelnut. The overall sensation is of an exquisite and elegant taste.
