AGEING
During refinement the alcohol content is progressively reduced until the desired level is obtained. The grappas that make up the Cuvée di Barriques rest for a long time separately in 225 liter Allier, Troncais and Limousin barriques
ASSEMBLY
The refinement is followed by the final assembly, carried out through a careful selection of each individual barrique, each of which brings its own aromatic note to the final taste. Finally, a skillful and patient process during which the grappas are transferred to a barrel, in which an alliance of aromas is created between the different crus.
TASTING
Grappa with a bright amber color, aroma of blackberries, spices, irises, floral notes, with a subtle touch of jasmine, flavor with hints of dried apricots, vanilla and toasted almonds
