Batch steam alembic "Carlo Bocchino" method.
AGEING
In stainless steel containers for a period of no less than six months followed by a period in French, Allier and Troncais oak barriques for another 18 months.
TASTING
Amber and bright color. The elegant aroma is combined with a persistent flavor with nuances of tropical fruit, vanilla and almonds.
