Pomace of Moscato d'Asti and Nebbiolo delle Langhe grapes
Carlo Bocchino Traditional Method discontinuous steam still. The distillate is obtained after eliminating the heads and tails during the distillation process, using copper columns with a "mushroom" plate
During refinement the alcohol content is progressively reduced until the desired level is obtained. The grappas that make up the Cuvée di Barriques rest for a long time separately in 225 liter Allier, Troncais and Limousin barriques
The refinement is followed by the final assembly, carried out through a careful selection of each individual barrique, each of which brings its own aromatic note to the final taste. Finally, a skillful and patient process during which the grappas are transferred to a barrel, in which an alliance of aromas is created between the different crus.
Grappa with a bright amber color, aroma of blackberries, spices, irises, floral notes, with a subtle touch of jasmine, flavor with hints of dried apricots, vanilla and toasted almonds
