AGEING
In stainless steel containers for a period of no less than six months followed by a period in French oak barriques, Allier and Troncais, for another 18 months.
TASTING
Deep yellow colour, broad, warm and powerful aroma, full, enveloping, remarkably harmonious flavour, with a faint hint of rosewood and exotic fruit.
