AGEING
In stainless steel containers for a period of no less than six months followed by a period in French oak barriques, Allier and Troncais, for another 18 months.
TASTING
Amber yellow colour, broad, complex and elegant aroma, flavor with the freshness and decisiveness typical of the vine are combined with soft and complex notes of vanilla.
