Distilling

The “Carlo Bocchino” pot still method.

Ageing

stainless steel tanks for a period of at least six months, followed by 18 months in small French oak barrels - Allier et Tronçais.

Tasting

deep yellow colour. Ample, warm and powerful bouquet. Full, enveloping and remarkably harmonious taste, slightly reminiscent of rosewood and exotic fruit.
